Each person 18 years of age needs to submit his/her own application.

Applicants are reviewed on the same criteria, one person or family at a time, on a first application in, first application out process. Please be advised that there is a $50/person non-refundable application fee that has to be collected before processing. You may submit your application fee on the Pay Online link. We will respond with an approval or disapproval within 48 hours of processing.

We check for prior evictions, criminal background and rental history. If you are uncomfortable sending this information on our secure site, simply contact us and we can either fax or email you an application. After you've printed and filled it out fax it to us at 678-222-2962.
