Services Include (Full Service)

• Market and advertise property through RickRents.com, The Multiple Listing Systems Of GA and several other media outlets
• Show property to prospective tenants
• Screen tenants to your specification, verify tenant employment and background
• Coordinate Move-in-Ready status of property.

Fees 

• First months rent as fee upon tenant placement.

 Tenant Referrals

Services (Refer Only)

• We always have prospective tenants that visit our site but may not like any of our listed properties. We capture their info in our database. We can send those folks your way!!
• We will market your property (If we don't already have tenants in our database)
• Screen phone calls
• Refer "pre-qualified" tenants to you
• We can also do background checks on the prospect for you

Fees

• 25-30% of first month may be applicable (Only if another RE Agent brings tenant)
• Referral Fee of $100 when the tenant signs a lease (RickRents marketing only)
• Have prospective tenant to submit a $50 application fee for background check (applicant may fill out application on the Rental Application link)

List With RickRents.com

Services Include (Flat Fee Listing)

• Set up web ads and market on RickRents.com, The Multiple Listing Systems of GA as well as several other Internet media outlets (monitored and updated regularly)
• Place RickRents signs at the property (optional) and around immediate area for increased visibility
• Send you contact info when possible tenants visit RickRents.com or call us concerning your property

Fees

• $250 Set up fee.  (Covers recurring web ads and sign placement and MLS listings with your phone number.)
• Additional Agent Co-Fee of 25-30% of first months rent may be required if another agent brings tenant. ($550 Max Cost to Client)
